Romanian deadlift -
1x1 - 100k, 100k, 120k, 140k
1x3 - 100k
Cardio 15/20min walk
Olympic weightlifting technique
1) Clean from floor to front rack position 5x1 - 40k
1) Clean from floor to front rack position then move feet to front squat position then full front squat -
10x1 - 40k
Cardio 15/20min walk
(did wrist, triceps stretches in-between lifts)
