Just stretches today, feel quite tired, still recovering from a cold and my lower back injury is flaring up a little. Plus its leg day tomorrow so don't want to hurt myself again, so just going to work on Hamstring, Chest, Shoulder, Wrist, Triceps and Lower back flexibility today. And do a hanging stretch off a chinning bar to decompress the spine, which works grip too so killing two birds with one stone.
May do some light C&J technique with a broomstick to get the front rack position down.
