Olympic weightlifting technique warm up - clean to front rack then move feet then front squat - for reps - bar only

Incline bench press -

1x1 - 90k, 100k, 105k, 110k, 115k, 110k, 105k, 100k, 90k

Trapbar deadlift > high pull -

1x1 - 100k, 120k, 130k, 140k, 150k
1x1 - 160k - (Trapbar deadlift only)

* Stopped progression as lower back was hurting on my left side, so rather than risk injury called it quits.

Seated hipbelt calf raise - 1x10 - 40k, 60k, 80k, 80k, 60k, 40k

* Could of done more but didn't want to risk lower back.

* Again stopped early as weight was hurting fingers as still not got the right flexablity in wrists yet. Plus lower back was protesting to much and right elbow strain started to give me pain.

Wrist, shouldr and triepc stretches - did a few sets as fingers and elbow is hurting, but will carry on later tonight after abit of a rest.

Workout was from 11.44am - 1.30pm - 1hr 46mins (I think, lol)

Good training session even thou I was feeling less than motivated and having to stop short of goals but only dropped one set on trapbar deadlifts as goal was 170k, rather lose a set than get hurt.
