Stretches - hamstring, lower back, bottom position squat, bottom position snatch, shoulder dislocations - 60 secs each

Snatch tech - reps with bar and 10k
*Nailed it!!!! it was my grip on the bar, so now I have extended it to about 2'' from the inside collars im hitting the groove everytime!!!
C&J tech - 5x1- 50k, missed with 55k, 60k - even thou ive done these last week.
*Im now going to focus on Snatch as a primary lift and use C&J as warm ups on that day and when it comes to working the C&J as a primary lift im going to use Snatch as warm up. This way I can bring about more movements and also leave enough rest inbetween the two lifts so that im not missing lifts as I did today.
So im buzzing today as I nailed the snatch - now a few more weeks of tech work and then I can begin to push for weight on the bar.
today I can safely say I was born to bend bars and break records!!!!!!!!!!!!
