*Got weight passed last sticking point, so in a few weeks I should be hitting full lockout, even thou I cant lock out due to height of roof is to low, so once I hit target weight ill start dipping under the bar deeper, this will also help to train the power jerk depth.
Deficit deadlift plus power shrug - 1x1 - 100k, 100k, 140k, 140k
* Manged to get 160k off the floor maybe a half a foot, but this needs to be looked at and something done about it, I may hit deadlifts hard.
*Energy levels felt ok but had a rough night so maybe my deadlift suffered, maybe reverse bands are not working?......mmmmmm
Good thou, hit 100k in partial push press and still felt strong on 140k deads. So still a happy bear.
