*Found my snatch grip. So now its a matter of getting the flow of the movement so it feels natural and its consistent.
C&J - 1x1 - 40k, 50k, 60k
*Failure at 65k - was not planning on doing 65k so wasn't mentally ready for it, must stop getting cheeky.
Cardio 30-40min total walk.
*Good session today. Set myself a 100kg C&J for end of Aug beginning of Sept, gives me plenty of time to hit it.
*Going to start working on mental prep every night to get my aggression up, fear factor down and if I can do it mentally then my body will just follow it through.
