*Changed a lot up today. Trying to increase depth in squats so decided to drop, weight and drop right into the hole until my ass hits my calves. It felt good, could of pushed it but on front squats my wrists still caused a problem holding on to the bar and in squats I just tuned in my foot position and the bar felt a lot easier and the load didn't strain my injury to much, so loving it!! Think hyperextension are working a treat and the physio work is kicking in, so BOOOOM!!!!!!
I also decided to hit sets of 3 on the other movements just to see what happens to my strength as the cycle continues over the following weeks.
As for shrug I just did one set of 8, felt easy but enough work was done to stimulate the traps. Also im getting enough trap work from C&J and Snatches so not to fussed about maxing out on shrugs as ive hit my goal of 300k on trapbar and rear shrugs, so its all about maintance really.
So all in all good session.
