High in protein Frozen hot chocolate
Ingredients:
• 1 packet of low fat hot chocolate
• 1-2 scoops of LA Whey (Chocolate flavour)
• 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
... • Pinch of salt
• ½ cup of water
• 1 cup of ice
• Low fat Whip cream, optional
• Dark chocolate flake pieces
Method:
1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender, adding the water last, using just enough to get things moving! (Add more water slowly if needed!).
2. Press ‘pulse’ to crush the ice, and then continue to mix until smooth. When the shake is thick and creamy it’s ready. Pour into a large mug or cup!
3. Squirt some low fat whip cream on top (if desired), add dark chocolate flake pieces and enjoy with a straw or spoon!
