**session didn't feel good, felt it was pretty crrrapy but looking at the number I still hit the target weight goals even thou I wasn't feeling it today.
**Same with Tuesday session, that was rough going.
**Maybe time to drop back alittle bit on some movements and just concentrate on the Oly lifts.
