Dips -

1x5 - bodyweight + 40k
1x3 - bodyweight + 50k
1x2 - bodyweight + 60k

Pg chins

1x5 - bodyweight + 20k
1x4 - bodyweight + 25k
1x1 - bodyweight + 30k

Hipbelt seated calf raise - 3x20 - 60k

Hipbelt standing calf - 1x20 - 60k

Hipbelt donkey calf - 1x20 - 60k

Trapbar high pull -

1x5 - 100k
1x3 - 120k
1x1 - 140k

Trapbar shrug - 1x5 - 220k

Front Squat -

1x5 - 60k
1x3 - 80k - could of easy done 5 reps with this weight.
1x1 - 100k - miss due to not been able to hold weight rolled shoulders forward and front rack grip was lost.
