*Think I will keep Sundays and maybe Wednesdays as a pure tech day and work on the above.
*Tried to snatch and got a 40k so I can do it but missed the next 3 reps, lost them at the bottom position so im going to see what went wrong there.
*Also tried a snatch grip deadlift and missed a 145k but managed a 120k, which when I lifted it felt heavy so knew the next wasn't going up. Strength is down from yesterdays training so was expecting alittle to much from myself today. So ill keep sundays a pure tech day only with the bar.
