A very effective shake to have in the morning and post workout.
Ingredients
250ml Almond Milk
100ml cold water
2 tablespoons low fat whipping creme
1 Scoop LA Whey Protein in chocolate
2-3 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Handful of Brazil Nuts
Handful of Almonds
Directions
Place all ingredients (apart from the creme and cinnamon) in a blender and blend for around 45 seconds.
Add creme and cinnamon on top.
