Protein ice cream
All you need is:
•1 Tub of 2% Greek Yogurt (500 grams)
•1/2 Cup of Whey Protein Powder
...
1. Get a big bowl, mix those 2 together until they're smooth and creamy.
2. Spread it all over the bowl to maximize surface area.
3. Throw it in the freezer for an hour.
4. Take it out and mix it again.
5. Back in the freezer for 30 min.
6. Release your inner fat kid.
