Protein Rich Turkey Breast Salad


Ingredients:

• 12 oz. cooked turkey breast...cubed
• 1/2 cup purple grapes
• 2 stalks celery....sliced
• 1 tsp onion powder...
• 1 Tbsp. sweet relish
• 1 tsp. yellow mustard
• 4 tbsp. light Hellman's mayo
• Salt
• pepper
• Lettuce 


Directions:

 1. 12 oz. cubed cooked turkey breast
2. 2 stalks celery sliced
3. 1 tbsp. sweet relish
4. 1 tsp. mustard
5. 4 tbsp. light mayo
6. 1.5 tsp tarragon leaves
7. 1 tsp or less onion powder
8. 1/2 cup purple grapes
9. salt and pepper to taste
10. Mix in lettuce
11. mix well and refrigerate
12. Great on raisin bread or a top a nice green salad
