Bench Press 2x12 reps
Squat: 1x20 reps
Pullovers 1x20 reps
Bent-over Rows: 2x15 reps

*Eat clean thought out the day - (4 Meals)
*Workout Monday Wednesday and Friday - include 100 twists, 40 situps and 20 lying leg rasies
