Mass diet.....

Meal 1


1 cup oats
1 banana
2 scoops MUTANT WHEY
1 glass 1% milk
1 tbsp MCT maxx
(great option to blend this meal)

Meal 2

6oz chicken breast
2 cups parboiled rice
1 cup mixed frozen veggies
1 tbsp MCT maxx

Meal 3 (post workout)

1 serving Mutant Mass
5g creatine maxx

Meal 4

7oz salmon steak or top sirloin
2 cups whole wheat pasta
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 cup green beans

Meal 5

1 cup cottage cheese
1 tbsn Natural Peanut butter
1/2 cup all bran
1/2 cup blueberries

Meal 6

2 scoops MUTANT WHEY
1 cup 1% milk
1 tbsp fish oil
